How do I search for a home?
Use the search on the homepage. You can filter by city, neighborhood, move-in month, duration, and many more features.
Are there hidden fees?
No. Using the platform as a renter is completely free. You only pay the rent directly to the owner.
Are payments secure?
All payments go through the platform with SSL encryption. The money is released to the owner only after you move in.
Can I cancel?
Yes, there is free cancellation within 48 hours after booking. After that, the owner’s cancellation policy applies.

How much does it cost to publish?
Publishing is completely free. We only take a small commission when a booking is completed successfully.
When will my listing go live?
Our team reviews every listing within 24 hours and we notify you by email as soon as it is approved.
Can I choose the renter?
Yes. You receive applications, can communicate by video call, and decide who you accept.
